Any API available to change the hue .ini file at run rime

I have 2 requirements:

  1. Any API/way available to see who all users are currently signed and accessing hue service.

  2. Any API/way available to change the hue .ini file at run time or from API.

Is not available but https://issues.cloudera.org/browse/HUE-9194 is similar and should give idea on how to implement it
