Installation steps Hue

What are the installation steps for Hue .
i have hadoop installed in my server with user hadoop so in hadoop user i wanted to install Hue also
Please provide installation steps and how to download Hue tar file i didnt find option to download hue package

i have installed Hue
but while connecting Hive with Hue
getting below errors
Could not connect to 192.168.1.137:10001 (code THRIFTTRANSPORT): TTransportException(‘Could not connect to 192.168.1.137:10001’,)
